Non-permanent permit
Currently the only legal way to place a movable tiny house on private property is through this type of permit. Typically, ANSI Coded Tiny Homes under 400 sq. ft. or HUD units up to 800 sq. ft. are allowed.
Hook up utilities to primary
This is not a permanent structure saving you thousands in construction costs. Depending on lot sizes, a tiny house can tie into the existing utilities.
